1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Zamy.jobs you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You must be 16+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
3. Acceptable use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing AI quotas.
- No uploading content you do not own or have permission to use.
- No illegal, harassing, or discriminatory content.
- No impersonation when contacting recruiters or contacts.
4. AI-generated content
Resume rewrites, cover letters, interview feedback and company insights are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Always review before sending or relying on them. You own the outputs you produce; you grant us a license to process them to deliver the service.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from settings; access continues until the end of the current period. AI usage above plan limits may be rate-limited.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee job placement, salary outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party data (job listings, salary benchmarks, company information).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zamy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance.
