Zamy.jobs ("Zamy", "we", "us") provides AI-powered tools to help you find jobs, tailor resumes, prepare for interviews, and track applications. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, country, mobile.
- Career data: resumes, work history, education, skills, preferences, job applications.
- Generated content: cover letters, ATS scans, interview answers and scores.
- Connected services: LinkedIn import data (when you opt in).
- Usage data: pages visited, feature usage, error logs.
3. How we use it
To deliver the product (matching, AI generation, tracking), improve features, send you transactional and digest emails you opt into, and keep the service secure.
4. AI processing
When you use AI features (resume optimization, cover letters, interview coaching, company intel), relevant text is sent to our AI gateway. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models.
5. Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, AI gateway) under data-processing agreements. We never sell personal data.
6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings. Export your full account as JSON, or permanently delete your account in the Danger Zone.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes all personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
